Dr. Tucker has led Profile Employee Assistance Program for twenty years. Through the Profile Center for Organizational Enrichment (PCOE), the leadership and team development arm of Profile EAP, Dr. Tucker provides development assistance to leaders and teams throughout Colorado. Included among organizations he has worked with are Centura Health, City of Colorado Springs, The Broadmoor Hotel and Resort, Colorado College, Boeing, and many others. Dr. Tucker has been involved in the mental health field for over twenty-five years focusing on Employee Assistance and Organizational Psychology.

Sue is a Colorado native and has lived in Colorado Springs since 1976. She has worked in the field of Mental Health since 1979. Her experience is in various settings and styles of counseling, consulting and educating, and is inclusive of traditional and non-traditional approaches. Since 1993, she has served on the Licensed Professional Counselor Examiners State Grievance Board.

She has extensive experience in emergency room crisis intervention & evaluation, substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, working with families, and holds specialty certification as an addictions counselor. As a counselor with Profile EAP, she also coordinates the Drug-Free Workplace Program and provides individual, couples, and family counseling.

Nancy has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and elderly clients through a variety of clinical settings. She has a special interest in Crisis Counseling and has worked extensively with the American Red Cross, to include counseling with the Port Authority Police Force after 9/11 and with flood, fire, and hurricane victims. She has been a counselor with Profile EAP for over 20 years and provides individual, couples, and family counseling.

Bill has obtained both professional and pastoral counseling experience through his work in clinical, academic, and church settings. He has received training in EMDR and is a Level 2 therapist. Trudy G. Wilson, MS, LPC
Trudy has worked with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings including community and residential based mental health services throughout her clinical career of fourteen years. Most recently, she served as the Clinical Director for an out of state residential mental health treatment center for adolescent females. She has had extensive experience with crisis response and management, as well as trauma interventions. Child, adolescent, and young adult development is the area of her expertise, with an array of exposure to those varying presenting problems. As a counselor with Profile EAP, she provides individual, couples, and family counseling.
